The following fees apply to

parties to the mediation or Visitation Expeditor proceedings
or as dictated by the court or the parties agreement.
There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee payable with the first application.
There may be a retainer payable when you return the fee agreement, prior to scheduling the first mediation. The retainer is a basically pre-payment for first services provided and any unused portion will be returned as defined in the
retainer agreement
