All qualified neutrals providing facilitative or hybrid services in civil, non-family matters, must have received the state minimum requirement of classroom training, with an emphasis on experiential learning.
To be qualified as a Visitation Expeditor (Parenting Time Expeditor) a qualified neutral must complete additional training in family law and domestic abuse among other specialized topics There is also a requirement for annual continuing education for qualified neutrals.
